Tpad Predictive Diallers Are Backed by SIP Technology

Tpad has combined two leading discoveries in the telecommunications industry, predictive Diallers and the SIP technology, in their full-featured predictive SIP Diallers. Tpad has recently announced the addition of SIP trunking services as part of their roster of services, and now the leading telecommunications company has launched their predictive dialhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.giflers, powered by their SIP technology. These predictive diallers are currently and actively marketed to call centre businesses.

Tpad’s SIP technology eliminates the need to rely on hardware-based telephony systems by streaming call data through the Internet. With calls being made over the Internet, companies are spending significantly less on communications. This has also expanded companies’ communications reach, allowing them to communicate internationally at minimal costs.

This technology enables not only voice calls, but integrates video calls, conference calls, video conferencing, and instant messaging, all in a single system. According to Steven Johns, Marketing Manager of Tpad’s SIP, the SIP technology is bigger than VoIP technology. Johns adds, "SIP has been around for more than a year, but there is more to this technology than meets the eye, or at least many telecom-centred companies know about."

Now, Tpad has used their SIP technology to create an integrated telephony solutions designed specifically for call centre businesses. This new solution is called a predictive dialler, a system responsible for dialing numbers from a database and passing these calls to call agents. However, Tpad enhanced it by using its SIP technology to provide the connection and overall capabilities of the system. Tpad’http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifs Sales Director Simon Jones explains, "Although SIP technology is based mainly on the convergence of data and voice through Internet connectivity; we would like to explain that the use of SIP can indeed be expanded to suit the needs of clients."
Tpad’s efforts resulted in a predictive dialing system that enjoys high-speed Internet provided by Tpad ISP partner, Supanet, as well as a high-performance system that offers far more than just predictive dialing capabilities.

Tpad’s predictive SIP dialler also automatically filters out unsuccessful calls to ensure that all agents spend time only on successful calls with the potential to sell. This system also acts as a scheduler that keeps track of all calls made and all numbers that need to be called back. The system also comes with call recording, a solution that comes in handy in monitoring call agent performance, as well as statistics generation, which assists managers in assessing the performance of the organization as a whole.

Most importantly, the predictive SIP dialler from Tpad is expected to enlarge the revenue enjoyed by call centres by reducing their operations expenses by a large margin. Citing actual studies, Johns says that with Tpad’s SIP technology, call centres can expect a significant 30% reduction in costs of connectivity within the first few months following implementation.

Johns also explains the reason behind Tpad’s commitment to its predictive SIP dialler system, "Companies from all over the country has entrusted us to improve http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.giftheir phone system technology, and we give them just that - affordable calls that can be made anywhere and low-cost incoming toll free number calling capability.”

If interested, quotations and inquiries regarding Tpad’s predictive SIP dialler can be made online, with responses guaranteed within 48 hours. Tpad also banks heavily on efficiency, and thus ensure that their predictive SIP dialler system can be deployed within 4 weeks. Tpad Declares Successful SIP Trunking Inter-operability with Supanet

Leading business telephone service provider Tpad proudly announced earlier successful completion of their interoperability testing of SIP Trunking products and services with UK-based Internet provider Supanet.

This series of tests also proved Tpad's SIP Trunking packages can work with almost any SIP-ready IP PBX platform. "We have prioritized this protocol testing to ensure we offer only the best compatibility for a highly efficient upgrade.

This interoperability certification will provide our customers an assurance that our technology partners will be able to support their existing communication environment and offer no less than the most efficient and most cost-effective connectivity" says Marketing Manager Steven Johns.

SIP Trunking in collaboration with Tpad is foreseen to make packages simpler and more robust for current and potential customers. Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan also has high hopes, "We are proud to work with Supanet to provide connectivity needs of customers. We all know that the power of a company's SIP Trunking can only go as far as the Internet bandwidth allows. Supanet will be able to provide us with that bandwidth and more."

The collaboration of Tpad and Supanet will allow delivery of complete telecommunications services that can work with traditional TDM services and installed IP PBX systems. "We are very confident that this year, with the full launch of our SIP services, we will see a significant increase of new customers and resellers that will take on our SIP-IP/PBX with Supanet Internet services," says Tpad Sales Director Simon Jones.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

2011 Touted the Best Year for SIP Trunking Says Leading Communication System Provider Tpad

Leading communications provider Tpad earlier announced its confidence that SIP trunking services will reach its all-time high demand in 2011.

It announced that with companies all over the world seeking to improve existing telephone systems, it is only a matter of time for SIP trunking to be integrated fully into the telecommunications industry and deployed in business enterprises worldwide. "We are positive that this new service we provide will become widely accepted, especially for companies that make and take calls from clients, local and international," says Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan.

SIP Trunking is a telecommunications technology that allows convergence of voice and data into one single, merged line. The SIP trunk will serve as a converter that enables the data network to access voice traffic through Internet connectivity. With SIP Trunking, companies can enjoy local and long distance calls, video conference, E911, caller ID, and directory listing features with their current telephony systems without shelling out big investments. Calls are specifically routed through a VoIP network so call charges are significantly reduced. Tpad Marketing Manager Steven Johns adds, "This new technology allows enhanced use of our clients' existing IP or IP-PBX phones without the need for additional physical hardware like PSTN circuits to convert TDM to voice."

Tpad also announced that their SIP Trunking services come in a variety of packaging, offer varying budget options for companies large and small. "We aim to increase customer confidence in SIP technology, so we are offering our services at highly competitive prices to suit existing and potential clients' telephone solution needs," says Simon Jones, Sales Director of Tpad. "In fact, our clients will be pleasantly surprised to know that with just a small amount of investment, we can offer ROI in less than six months from initial deployment," Jones adds.

SIP Trunking is highly recommended for enterprises like BPO or multinational companies with highly-distributed network and a global clientele. SIP trunking can significantly decrease the cost of communications within and outside the business by utilizing better connectivity. As Tpad CEO puts it, "With the increased globalization of businesses worldwide and the trying economy, this technology will be widespread this year."

Tpad joins forces with Nokia to launch Mobile VoIP Calls on Nokia S40 Mobiles

Tpad today announced the availability of an automated VoIP service that will setup a WiFi or 3G enabled mass-market Nokia mobile to bring free or low cost mobile VoIP calls to millions.

This move is intended to vigorously compete with other VoIP telephony companies such as Skype, Vonage, Gizmo5 and Google Voice by giving non-technical users the chance to benefit from the free internet call revolution.

The new automated service has been designed to remove the need for any complicated set up procedures that put novice users off VoIP calling. At Tpad, set up is easy and fast, customers simply create a free VoIP / SIP account and then they will automatically receive personal VoIP / SIP settings that will instantly configure their Nokia phone with Tpad.

Nokia's configuration service is currently configured for Nokia's latest S40 range of mobile phones that include 6086, 6136, 6301, 6300i, 6260, C3-01 and the new touch and type X3-02 model.

Mobile calls between Tpad users are free worldwide if the calls are routed over their WiFi Connection. All other PSTN calls from the user's WiFi / 3G to any other landlines or mobiles in the world will be charged at the usual low Tpad call rates.

Tpad integrates seamlessly with Nokia S40 mobiles using the existing address book, so there's no need to retype your contacts from scratch. Once set up to use a WiFi hotspot, the mobile connects automatically next time the phone is in range to enable internet calling.

The beauty of this service is that no special software is needed, as it uses the inbuilt software that Nokia already has pre-installed. The user simply picks Tpad from the pre-populated VoIP provider list and enters their Tpad number and password. This ensures that there will be full compatibility with trouble free usage to make cheap internet calls.

Steven Johns, Tpad's Marketing Manager, said: "Tpad is at the forefront of the natural evolution of VoIP. First people began talking via a headset and PC, then they were tied to a fixed line IP phone device and now the next evolutionary step is Tpad mobile VoIP. Internet trouble-free calling has finally arrived on mass market Nokia mobiles."

Johns continued: "We are giving all new users who sign up for a free Tpad VoIP account a free test call to the value of $0.10 for a limited period. This will give users the chance to experience the call quality of next generation mobile VoIP.

"For example, with this free credit you can make a 5 minute call to any mobile in USA using our ultra low VoIP call rates. Of course calls between Tpad users are 100% free all the time. If you combine this with features such as call forwarding, free local DID numbers, compatibility with any SIP device (e.g. IP Phone, ATA, Softphone) we are at the forefront of the new wave of VoIP companies."

Using this Nokia service Tpad's current UK hosted business customers can use their Tpad PBX telephone system from the "Cloud" - servers housed in highly secure, geographically redundant data centers, to benefit from remote homeworking and call features such as follow me and call forwarding.

Tpad Pakistan Update: U.S Responce to Pakistan Flood Appeal 201

Tpad amongst the list of Private Sector Companies (Google, LG, BP, Visa, AT&T, UPS, JCB) who have donated towards the Pakistan Floods Appeal 2010. Tpad has a special Pakistan Offer that allows users to make cheap calls to Pakistan from 3 cent @ http://www.tpad.com/pakistan

The United States has responded immediately and generously to Pakistan's call for assistance following the tragic and devastating floods that began July 29. The United States Government is now providing approximately $268 million to assist with relief and recovery efforts, which does not include considerable in-kind and technical assistance specifically to address the impact of these floods.

This includes approximately $218 million to support immediate relief efforts in Pakistan, through many local and international organizations, the Pakistan National Disaster Management Authority, and the UN’s emergency response plan. An additional $50 million has also been allocated for initial recovery efforts to assist with rebuilding communities impacted by the floods. The U.S. also has provided civilian and military in-kind assistance in the form of halal meals, pre-fabricated steel bridges and other infrastructure support, as well as air support to and within Pakistan to transport goods and rescue people at an approximate value of $47 million.* These aircraft have evacuated more than 13,000 people and delivered 5.4 million pounds of relief supplies. We are also expanding pre-existing programs in flood-affected areas.

American business and private citizens are also making generous contributions to assist the people of Pakistan.

Latest Developments:

* The United States has committed $21 million to provide seed and fertilizer to flood-affected farmers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The money will help ensure there’s a viable crop of rabi wheat this winter and prevent future food insecurity. $16 million of the funds for the program will be provided by the Kerry-Lugar-Berman Enhanced Partnership with Pakistan Act. An additional $5 million will come from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The program will be implemented by the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and will provide wheat seed, vegetable seed and fertilizer packages to help approximately 1.7 million people in 12 districts, particularly female-headed households, female farmers, and households with children under five years old.
* The United States announced today that it is providing $5 million to fight malaria in flood-affected regions of Pakistan. The U.S., in partnership with Pakistan’s Ministry of Health, is providing the money to the U.N. World Health Organization (WHO) for use in its anti-malaria programs. The funds will be used to preposition rapid testing kits and anti-malarial medications. It will also go towards educational programs designed to teach at-risk communities the early warning signs of a malaria outbreak.
* On September 13 and 14, the U.S. Air force transported 55,600 pounds of assistance from Sukkur to Jacobabad and 40,000 pounds of WFP humanitarian assistance from Sukkur to Jacobabad as well as 70,000 pounds of humanitarian relief supplies from Sialkot to Quetta and Chaklala to Skardu. The U.S. Marine Corps transported 14,190 pounds of supplies from Chaklala to Gilgit and 29,700 pounds of supplies to areas west of Sukkur. The U.S. Army delivered 64,152 pounds of supplies to the Upper Swat Valley and Kohistan and evacuated 58 internally displaced persons.

Selected U.S. Contributions To Date:

* In total, the U.S. has provided 13 mobile water treatment units that each produce enough clean water for 60,000 people a day; twelve 20,000-liter water bladders for the storage of clean water; 170,900 10-liter water containers; 15 million water purification tablets (sufficient to chlorinate 150 million liters of water); 58 Zodiac inflatable rescue boats; 96 concrete saws and saw blades; 236,980 blankets; and 6,663 rolls of plastic sheeting for the construction of temporary shelters. These relief supplies brought in from USAID warehouses in Dubai, Italy, and the United States are in addition to the supplies purchased locally by partners that are providing to those in need.
* From September 1-13, WFP and partners reached approximately 1.2 million people with nearly 15,800 metric tons of food. Since August 1, WFP and partners have reached nearly 3 million people in 50 districts in 6 provinces with nearly 50,000 metric tons of food. The U.S. has provided $51.5 million in food assistance to date.
* By September 14, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which the United States is supporting through the State Department, had assisted more than 928,000 flood-affected people across Pakistan.

Private Sector Response:

* To date, the private sector has donated approximately $10.5 million in contributions to flood relief efforts. Private sector entities that have contributed include: 3M, Abbott, Agility Logistics, Al-Bario Engineering, Alcatel-Lucent Foundation, Amgen, AT&T, Bank of America, BASF, Bayer, Becton Dickinson, BHP Billiton Petroleum, BMO Financial Group, BMW Group, Boeing, BP, Cargill, Caterpillar, Chevron, Cisco, Citi, Coca-Cola, Cummins, Inc, DHL, The Dow Chemical Co., DTAC Thailand, DuPont, DynCorp International, EMC, Environment Consultancies & Options, Equate Petrochemical, Expedia, Inc., ExxonMobil, Feros Sons Laboratories, GE, General Mills, GlaxoSmithKline, Google, James Hardie, Hadayat Sons, Harris Financial Corporation, Honda Motor Co., ICI Pakistan, Infineon Technologies, ITT Corporation, JCB, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, Kabani & Company, KAPCO, Kraft Foods, Levi Strauss, LG Electronics, MDS Foods, Medtronic, Microsoft, MoneyGram International, Monsanto, Motorola, NetSol Technologies, Inc., Novo Nordisk, Orascom Telecom, Pakistan Telecommunication Company LTD., PepsiCo, Pfizer, Primatics Financial, Procter & Gamble, Rogers Communications, Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Dutch Shell, Henry Schein, Inc., Sheraton, Siemens, Silver Star Enterprises, Staples, Inc., Tethyan Copper Company, Toshiba Group, Toyota, Tpad, UPS, Verizon, Visa, Western Union, and Wackenhut Pakistan.
* People in Pakistan are invited to share information and updates by SMS texting the word FLOODS to 7111. People using the country’s active Humari Awaz (“Our Voice”) cell phone network are able to update each other about the latest flood news, valuable NGO grant and business opportunities and to make new announcements of support by SMS texting the word FLOODS to 7111. The Humari Awaz social network was launched by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at Government College Lahore during her visit to Pakistan in October 2009. Since the launch, the network’s subscribers collectively have sent over 350 million messages. To learn how to use Humari Awaz mobile users need only SMS the words "HELP" or "MADAD" to 7111.

Public Donation Information:

* The most effective way people can assist relief efforts is by making cash contributions to humanitarian organizations that are conducting relief operations. Cash donations allow aid professionals to procure the exact items needed (often in the affected region); reduce the burden on scarce resources (such as transportation routes, staff time, warehouse space, etc.); can be transferred very quickly and without transportation costs; support the economy of the disaster-stricken region; and ensure culturally, dietary, and environmentally appropriate assistance.
* The Government of Pakistan and the Pakistan cellular phone industry are inviting Pakistanis to contribute to the Prime Minister’s Fund for Flood Relief beginning August 5 by texting the amount of their donation to “1234.” A number of NGOs and companies have announced the establishment of trust funds or donations to the Prime Minister’s Fund.
* As Secretary Clinton announced August 18, the U.S. government, through the Department of State, has established the Pakistan Relief Fund for all to join in the tremendous relief, recovery and reconstruction effort. Individuals, corporations, and other organizations can send much needed help to the people of Pakistan by contributing to this fund at www.state.gov. In the U.S., individuals can send $10 through mobile phones by texting “FLOOD” to 27722.
* Working with mGive, Americans are also contributing to Pakistan flood relief by texting the word “SWAT” to 50555. The text results in a donation of $10 to the UNHCR Pakistan Flood Relief Effort. Every $10 helps provide tents and emergency aid to displaced families.
* A list of humanitarian organizations that are accepting cash donations for flood response efforts in Pakistan can be found at www.interaction.org. Information about organizations responding to the humanitarian situation in Pakistan may be available at www.reliefweb.int.

Tpad to donate 50% of sales to Pakistan Floods Appeal

Half of all Tpad Middle East VoIP sales to go toward helping Pakistan floods victims

Tpad announced that it will donate 50% of all credit purchases until the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramzan. This will apply to all Tpad VoIP credit purchases from the Middle East.

Dr. Tariq, Head of Group Marketing at the global communications provider, said that Tpad calling rates are already the lowest in the world and the company felt that rather than doing a Ramzan discount offer like some other companies, it would be more appropriate to help the victims of this disaster. The 50% level of contribution is unprecedented and much higher than offered in similar donations by anyone in the past. He hoped that customers will get behind this offer and help themselves to cheap calls and also aid others in the process.

He said: “Many of Tpad’s customers in the Middle East are from Pakistan and this will also allow them to indirectly support the affected people in Pakistan as well as benefit from Tpad’s lowest ever calling rates to Pakistan from just 3 cents per minute. We hope that all who learn about this Ramzan announcement will tell their friends and encourage them to use Tpad instead of any alternative service. By doing so, they will be effectively donating themselves too”.

“Users do not need to have a PC to use Tpad as the service can also be set up with the popular Nokia mobile phones. Nokia E and N series, for example E61, E65, E90 and the N95 phones can be easily configured to use the Tpad VoIP / SIP settings.”

The donation pledge by Tpad is limited to Tpad consumer credit purchases between 18th August and 12th September 2010, from all Middle East countries (including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar etc).

All funds will be donated to the “Pakistan Floods Appeal” of UK Charity GT Foundation, which is registered under the UK Charities Commission (Charity Registration Number 1063741). The Charity Trustees said that they were grateful that the company had agreed to the funding to relieve suffering from this disaster and directly help the affected people of Pakistan.

Tpad have also recorded instructional VoIP videos (available on their company website) in order to make the process of joining Tpad, and purchasing of Tpad call credit even easier for new users. Tpad Expands Consumer VoIP Convenience with Google Checkout

Payment options increase benefits of choosing Voice over Internet Protocol technology

As one of the leading global suppliers of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, Tpad today announced the addition of Google Checkout to their roster of online payment options for their consumer services division. Tpad is dedicated to providing their customers in 28 countries with low-cost, superior service call packages, and the addition of this payment option further enhances the convenience of purchasing their VoIP call credits online.

Google Checkout has become a strong contender in online payment processors, allowing secure transactions for consumers integrated with fraud protection. The benefits for Tpad and its customers are numerous, starting with an increased level of security - via this partnership with Google Checkout they can purchase the services they need at each billing period without entering their information each time. The Brand Director of Tpad, Steven Johns spoke about the decision to use Google Checkout:

"Tpad has exercised a comprehensive strategy in partnering with Google Checkout to provide more convenience to our customers in the UK, US and European countries. This will allow them to have access to VoIP services and make international calls at a fraction of the cost they are paying currently with their local telecom. During 2010, Tpad intends to continue our proactive approach to deliver cutting edge communication services to keep our customers on point and in touch at the lowest rates possible." Johns continued: “As more consumers discover the advantages of VoIP, Tpad has revamped its service offerings to ensure that consumers enjoy the same level of convenience as our business customers. “

Tpad’s strategy is also in direct response to the need to differentiate their brand from the competition in the residential VoIP marketplace by addressing the needs of consumers who shop frequently online and want to further enhance the security level of their transactions. Using Google Checkout allows them to purchase their services from Tpad in addition to thousands of other merchants without exposing their credit card information. In addition, customers can keep track of their online purchases from Tpad and their other Google Checkout transactions as well.

Tpad has made it easy to access these savings; customers simply register for a free Tpad VoIP account. Once you verify your email, log in with your 7 digit Tpad number and password. You can select the level of credits you want to purchase and when you click the Google Checkout button you will be taken to the Google secure website to complete your purchase.

Customers can use any standard mobile phone with free Nimbuzz or Fring SIP software installed to access the Tpad VoIP network or download a free PC soft phone such as ZolPer, Express Talk or Xlite. If customers have a SIP or VoIP compatible device such as an IP phone, Google Android phone, Apple i-Phone, Nokia Wi-Fi Mobile or Linksys ATA , they can access the service as well. Consumers and Tpad both benefit from this payment option; for consumers they can purchase just the amount they need without any hidden transaction fees or being tied to a long-term commitment and Tpad is able to further enhance its level of customer care.

The Tpad VoIP advantage is not only in the savings, but in the level of crystal clear voice quality and superior customer care from Tpad’s tier one data center. Unlike the case of making an international call on many mobile carriers, the receiver of the call is not charged when the connection is made, no matter where they are on the globe or the length of the call.

Tpad Expands Shopping Convenience for Consumers with PayPal

Leading Tier One Provider of VoIP Technology Offers Customers an Easier Way to Buy Tpad VoIP Call Credits

Tpad, one of the industry’s most progressive telephony companies, is dedicated to providing superior customer care and high quality service in VoIP technology. The company recently announced the expansion of their customer payment options to include PayPal, one of the most widely used online payment processors. For Tpad customers around the world who use PayPal, purchasing their VoIP call credits just got a lot easier.

PayPal began operations in 1999 as an online payment processor. For small businesses, PayPal works as an alternative to an expensive merchant account. For individuals, PayPal is a secure method for shopping online instead of using their credit card. The company was purchased by eBay in 2002.

"When our customers tell us their preferences, we listen and respond. We are very pleased to provide more convenience to our customers in the UK, US and European countries. For individuals who have desired to take advantage of the savings that VoIP technology offers but preferred this method of payment over the use of a credit card online, now they have the best of both worlds. Tpad’s next-generation communication services are designed to keep our customers in touch with their world at the lowest VoIP rates possible," Brand Director of Tpad, Steven Johns noted. “Our individual customers can now enjoy the same cost-saving advantages VoIP provides for our business customers. “

Tpad’s strategy is to provide an array of payment options to allow customers to select the one they are most comfortable using for their purchase. In addition, Tpad customers are not bound by long-term, expensive contracts; they can purchase VoIP credits starting at $5.  Tpad joins millions of merchants online who use PayPal as one of their payment options because of its secure transaction facility.

Tpad (http://www.tpad.com) has made it easy to access these savings; customers simply register for a free Tpad VoIP account. Once you verify your email, log in with your 7 digit Tpad number and password.  You can select the level of VoIP call credits you want to purchase and when you click the PayPal button you will be taken to the secure PayPal website to complete your purchase.

PayPal also affords customers the ability to make payments via their mobile phone, which means Tpad customers on the go can always be sure that they can purchase their VoIP call credits without using a computer.

Tpad customers can save significantly on their international and local calls in comparison using their local telecom service as the majority of destinations only cost 1 pence per minute.

Tpad seals deal with cashU to introduce VoIP solution to major Middle East markets

Tpad, a global supplier of consumer and business VoIP telephony services, today announced that it is expanding its online payments portal by striking a major deal with cashU which will allow users to make payments for VoIP credits in over 28 countries around the world.

CashU provides merchants with a solution where they can sell their goods and services on the internet, including virtual products (such as cheap VoIP calling credit) or telephone services (DID local access numbers) that require micro payments. Merchants pay no setup or installation fees and integrating cashU is quick and simple.

Buy Tpad VoIP Call Credits with cashU to make Low Cost International Calls

This move is intended to strongly compete with other residential VoIP providers such as Skype, Vonage, Ooma, Betamax, Gizmo and Google Voice by giving users in Middle Eastern countries the capability to enjoy the benefits of Tpad VoIP where credit card penetration is extremely low. This is especially true for users in Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, and the UAE.

Tpad users can now avoid use of the restricted credit card and opt for a safe, secure and readily available alternative from cashU. With cashU, users can purchase pay as you go VoIP credit, ranging from $5 to $20, affording potential customers a chance to test the high call quality of the Tpad VoIP network without committing to any over-priced long term monthly contracts.

Steven Johns, Brand Manager for Tpad, said: "Now with our strong partnership with cashU, we can let people in Middle Eastern countries finally benefit completely from the VoIP revolution.  Using VoIP they can make free or low cost international calls at a fraction of the cost they are paying currently with their local telecom."

In order for users to take advantage of using Tpad for making free or low cost international calls they first need to sign up for a free Tpad VoIP account, then download a free PC softphone (ZoIPer, Xlite or Express Talk) or use any SIP / VoIP compatible device (e.g. IP Phone, Linksys ATA, Nokia WiFi Mobile or even any standard mobile phone with the free Nimbuzz SIP software installed).

Users simply purchase cashU credit via a refill card from their local shop or reseller contact and enter their account details into the Tpad secure website. The full amount of the VoIP call credit will be instantly added to their Tpad account and unlike other VoIP providers such as Betamax; there are no hidden fees or transaction costs alongside the original purchased amount.

Johns continued: "The key to this partnership is to give the people in countries that don’t have the ability to process Mastercard or Visa cards the capability to buy online virtual products like VoIP calling credit.  Tpad also benefits from this partnership with cashU as we don’t endure any expensive chargebacks and, due to the nature of the online transaction, fraud is virtually eliminated."

Tpad have also recently launched 36 new local access DID (Direct Inward Dialling) numbers in Pakistan, with major regions like Lahore, Karachi, Multan and Gujrat covered.  These free-to-use numbers allow anyone in Pakistan to call Tpad users around the world using a normal phone at just the cost of a local rate call.

Tpad is highly regarded in the VoIP industry for allowing less advanced countries to benefit from VoIP by giving them the ability to make unlimited international calls at just local rate prices direct from their home PSTN landlines or mobile phones.

As an example, someone living in Karachi, Pakistan can make an international call from a landline, using Tpad, to anywhere in Saudi Arabia and that will only cost them 1.7 rupees per minute (2 cent USD$).  This call when not using Tpad access numbers would cost around 15 rupees per minute (18 cent USD$).

"We want to stress how easy it is for anyone to use Tpad VoIP and that you don’t need to own an expensive PC or costly internet service.  You simply dial, using your normal phone, a local access telephone number for your region and the call will instantly land on your friend’s VoIP or SIP device and all you pay is for a local phone call. In addition to this great money-saving benefit, your friend receives the call for free no matter where they are or how long the call is," said Johns.

About cashU (http://www.cashu.com):
Launched by Maktoob in July 2002, cashU is now available in 28 countries around the world. The cashU network connects hundreds of thousands of cashU cardholders, online and offline resellers as well as online businesses and merchants, and will continue to develop and advance rapidly.
CashU has provided the region with a key solution for e-commerce. cashU is a payment platform that is built upon and encapsulates the most sophisticated and up-to-date fraud prevention systems, reducing the risk of online payments and allowing for wider, safer and faster consumer participation in e-commerce.
